Based in Toronto Canada, has been a qualitative researcher and innovation facilitator for 15+ years, in her own firm, ARC Strategy Ltd., and as co-founder of Think Global Qualitative. She has served on the QRCA board, and co-chaired the 2016 Worldwide Conference on Qualitative Research in Vienna, Austria.
Susan Abbott is co-author of Qual-Online: The Essential Guide – a hands-on handbook for online qualitative practitioners. Published in 2015 by Paramount Market Publishing, the book has received high praise for its practical and light-hearted approach.
She and her client TD Bank Financial Group, were recipients of MRIA’s 2016 Award of Excellence for Qualitative Research. Susan frequently presents to marketing research conferences on topics related to customer experience, use of online tools, and creative methods.
